Yam Bone Soup

Prepare big bones, yam, green onion and ginger, seasonings

First blanch the big bones in water to remove the blood and dirt inside

Rinse the blanched big bones with water

Sliced green onion and ginger and set aside

Put the blanched big bones and green onion ginger into a casserole

Pour the seasoning

Tips:
