Yam Carrot Peanut Spare Rib Soup

Clean the yam and carrots

Wash the red dates, peanut kernels, and polygonatum odoratum.

Cut the yam, carrots, and red dates into chunks.

Wash scallops clean.

The peanut kernels are blanched for about 10 minutes.

Put all the ingredients into the pot and add water, and simmer for about 2 hours.

Blanch the ribs in water and set aside.
8.
Then add the ribs and cook for about 1 hour, adding appropriate amount of salt when it's better. It's another good soup!
Tips:
Blanch the peanut kernels to remove the astringency.
