Yam, Carrot, Red Date and Pork Rib Soup

Wash the ribs and boil off the blood, then put them in the boiling water to make the soup. Look, the white soup does not contain impurities, so the soup tastes better!

After boiling the ribs for half an hour, add carrots and yam and cook for half an hour.

Then add the red dates and cook for about ten minutes. I don't like to cook the red dates for too long, because if they are rotten, the soup will be full of red dates, which will affect the taste of the soup.
