Yam, Carrot, Wolfberry and Pork Bone Soup
1.
Wash the bought pork bones and blanch them for later use
2.
Peel the carrots, wash them, and cut them into hobs.
3.
The yam is also peeled, washed, and cut into small pieces (because I bought a small piece, some small pieces are better, if I buy a big piece with the same hob),
4.
Wash the wolfberry, candied date, north and south apricot and ginger,
5.
Put the blanched pork bones and the ingredients prepared in the above steps into the soup pot and start boiling on high fire, then turn to low fire for at least one hour (I use a rice cooker because it is inconvenient for the dormitory)
6.
After boiling, you can taste the delicious and nourishing soup.
Tips:
This is a nourishing soup that is suitable for drinking throughout the year and is worth a try. Pork ribs or keel are good for pork bones.
