Yam Chai Chicken Soup

Rinse the chicken open and set aside.

Prepare a small piece of yam and wolfberry.
3.
Chop the chicken into small pieces.
4.
Blanch the chicken pieces in a pot.

The blanched chicken pieces are rinsed with cold water.

Pour the washed chicken nuggets into a casserole, add enough water, add green onion and ginger, and simmer over heat.

Soak the yam peeled and cut hob block in dilute salt water to prevent oxidation.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours to 2 hours. Add the yam after the chicken is soft and rotten.

After simmering for 5-6 minutes, the yam is cooked thoroughly, then add the soaked wolfberry and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
