In summer, I have to drink some soup too, which is tonic.

Recently, fresh corn came on the market, so I wanted to stew the corn bone soup. When I saw the yam, I added some in it. It was delicious.

Corn is rich in protein, fat, starch, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin A, vitamin C, carotene, cellulose, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals. It has high nutritional value and is a good health product in coarse grains. There are longevity, beauty, eyesight improvement, prevention of hypertension and coronary heart disease, etc."

Yam Corn Bone Soup

1. Wash the pork bones, soak in clean water, and change the water two or three times.

2. Pour cold water into the pot, remove the bubbles, boil on high heat for 5 minutes, then add ginger onions and turn to low heat.

3. Cut corn into sections.

4. The yam is peeled and cut into sections, soaked in water.

5. Simmer for about 30 minutes and add corn.

6. After the corn is simmered for about 30 minutes, add yam and simmer until cooked.

7. Season with salt.

8. Bowl.

Tips:

1. To remove the foam on the cold water pot, remove the fishy, or boil the pot under water, wash it, and stew it with boiling water.



2. After peeling the yam, soak it in water to prevent it from turning black.
