Yam Corn Pork Bone Soup

Ingredients: pork bones, corn, yam, red dates. Cut pork bones into pieces, cut corn into pieces, and yam peeled and cut into pieces. Because the yam is easy to turn yellow when peeled and cut into pieces, I didn't take pictures anymore. I cut it and put it in the pot directly after the water.

Put the pork bones, corn, and red dates in a pot, add water, bring to a boil on high heat, reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. It is not easy to boil after the yam is laid.

Finally, add the cut yam and simmer for half an hour, and season with salt.

Soup requires sufficient ingredients and enough fire throat!
