Yam Dumplings

Half Root of Yam

Mashed after steaming

Add glutinous rice flour and milk and knead into a dough

Divide into small rounds
5.
Put water in the pot and add fermented rice

After boiling, add the small round berries, medlar and red dates
7.
Finally put in rock sugar, turn off the heat after the small dumplings float up
