Yam Glutinous Rice Cake

After washing the yam, remove the skin.

If the yam is easy to oxidize and turn black after peeling, it can be washed and then steamed and peeled to maintain its white color.

Put the steamed yam into a blender to puree the fruit.

Prepare glutinous rice flour and starch. If you like a soft and waxy texture, you can increase the amount of glutinous rice flour and reduce the amount of starch.

Add the sugar and two kinds of powder to the blender.

Stir for half a minute and mix well.

Put plastic wrap on the plate, brush with a layer of salad oil, and pour in the stirred yam batter.
