Yam Juice

Wash off the dirt on the outside of the yam first, so as not to stick to the yam when peeling

Peel and cut into thick slices. Put it on the steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

Put the steamed yam in the squeezing cup and add sugar

Finally pour in plain water
5.
Put the lid on, start it, and it takes 1 minute
Tips:
You don’t need to put too much sugar in yam juice, otherwise it will lose its original meaning and it will be counterproductive in the end, right?
