Yam Mud Decorated Cake

Bake two 6-inch chiffon cakes.

Upside down, let cool naturally. One cake is made of Qiaohu's head, and the other cake is made of Qiaohu's body, arms and ears. If you want to put the filling in the middle of the head cake, you can cut the cake and add the filling.

Prepare the chocolate sauce and food coloring.

The yam is steamed and pressed into puree, sieved, and then adjusted with milk to the extent that it can be decorated. (Put some condensed milk to adjust the taste)

Divide into small portions and add a few drops of pigment.

Put it into the piping bag and use the round mouth of the piping mouth just a little bit.

Beat 200 grams of whipped cream + 20 grams of granulated sugar.

One cake is Qiaohu's face, the other cake is cut in half, and the body is half-circle, and the rest has Qiaohu's ears and arms. Set it up.

First spread the cream on the face.

Spread evenly little by little. Try to be as flat as possible.

Then use a toothpick (I used a small awl) to draw Qiaohu's facial features and clothes.

After drawing, squeeze chocolate sauce on the scratches.

Take it slowly, one color by one. The decorated yam cake is nutritious and delicious.
Tips:
The yam mud has to be sieved to make the head delicate. Because you have to go through the decorating mouth, if the decorating mouth is smooth. Use milk to adjust the consistency of the yam mud, and put some condensed milk appropriately to make the yam mud a little sweet.
