Yam Pork Ribs Claypot

Wash the crab mushrooms and remove the roots

Yam peeled and cut into hob blocks

Wash the ribs, cut into pieces, boil in a casserole and skim the foam

After skimming the foam, add the crab mushrooms and yam cubes in sequence
