Yam Pork Ribs Soup

Wash coriander, cut into finely divided pieces and set aside

Wash the yam and cut the skin
3.
Cut the yam into pieces for later use, put the pepper and bay leaves in the material box, and cut the ginger into thin slices

Boil the ribs in boiling water. Put ginger slices in the water. After the meat is bloodless, put it in a bowl and wash it in cold water.

Put the washed pork ribs, ginger slices, and the material box into the casserole, pour some water (I use the electric casserole, and simmer for four hours)
