This is a light pre-dinner snack, no sugar, taste the original flavor of the ingredients. This is for my mother, she has diabetes.

Ingredients

Yam Pumpkin Puree

1. Wash and peel the yam.

2. Peel the pumpkin, remove the flesh, and cut into four pieces.

3. Steam the yam and pumpkin to soften, about 15 to 20 minutes. (The golden ones are so beautiful!)

4. Use this tool to press into mud.

5. Press for a while, as fine as possible.

6. Then also press the pumpkin into puree.

7. Touch a layer of oil on the inside of the mold to prevent sticking.

8. Spread a layer of yam puree and press it firmly with a small spoon.

9. Fill with a layer of pumpkin puree and spread evenly on the surface.

Tips:

Press as much as possible when rolling the yam puree and pumpkin puree, if you require a delicate taste, you can sift it.
