When I was young, I often missed the Yangchun noodles made by my mother.

Yang Chun Noodles

1. Dice pork belly, shredded onion and minced shallots, ready

2. Pork belly in oil

3. Fry the onion until fragrant

4. Oil control

5. Add chopped green onion, salt, light soy sauce to the bowl, and pour into boiling water;
Scoop up the cooked noodles and add them to the bowl.

6. Add lard residue and fried onions, add some salt, mix well, serve with noodles or snacks

Tips:

Choose purple-skinned onions; fry until browned and have a strong aroma; you can also add broth.
