Wonton noodles is one of Hong Kong's specialties, and it is also an indispensable part of Hong Kong's food culture. Wonton is wonton. Wonton was first made from minced pork, so it is called "Jing Rou Wonton". Nowadays, with the improvement of living standards, most of the wonton noodles we usually eat are made from fresh shrimp.

Homemade Wonton Noodles with Shrimp Oil

1. Add white pepper, salt, ginger powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce to the pork filling, mix well

2. Half of the shrimp is cut into minced meat, and the other half is reserved for future use

3. Stir the minced shrimp into the minced meat, add 2 spoons of shrimp oil and mix well, stir in the shrimp and chopped green onions for 10 minutes

4. Wrap the wontons and boil a pot of boiling water to prepare the wontons and noodles

5. Boil water into the pot, when the water is boiled again, boil it for about 30 seconds and then take it out

6. Put it in the old soup

7. Sprinkle green garlic flowers, add a small green vegetable, shrimp and 1 spoon of shrimp oil and serve

Tips:

It is best to choose the noodles and skins with egg so that they are more chewy.
