Wonton is the filling for meatballs made last time, and I bought small wonton wrappers by the way. Make it and freeze it in the refrigerator, and take it out when you want to eat it.

A piece of green garlic or green onion, I personally think that green onion is better with wonton, garlic is better with Yangchun noodles, but if there is no green onion in the house, garlic is substituted.

Because the wontons are frozen and boiled for about six minutes, they can be cooked freshly. After the wonton pot is opened, use boiling water to rinse the seasoning, and then transfer the wonton to a bowl.
