Cut butter to soften

After the butter is softened, beat with an electric whisk at low speed until the color is white and feathery (about 3 minutes)

Add eggs and beat with an electric whisk at low speed until the volume is puffy and whitish in cream (about 2 minutes)

Add the pre-mixed powder, stir until the powder is dispersed without turning on the electric whisk, and then beat at low speed until the powder is completely infiltrated (30-40 seconds)

Put the batter into the piping bag and squeeze out the shape on the baking tray

Put the baking tray into the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes

After baking, take out the baking tray and cool to room temperature before serving
Tips:
1. It is recommended to choose a deeper container to avoid splashing during the process;
2. In step 3, add the pre-mixed powder in batches and stir with a scraper until the powder is soaked. Do not stir for a long time to prevent the flour from becoming gluten;
3. In the roasting process, the tray can be poured as needed to make the roasting even;
4. The finished product is recommended to be sealed and stored and consumed as soon as possible;
5. It is recommended to use Hey Yummy Premixed Powder;
6. Each oven is adjusted according to its characteristics.
