Yeasted Dough Sticks

Knead the noodles in warm water, dissolve the yeast powder with warm water, pour into the flour, mix until there is no dry powder, knead well, seal and leave in a low temperature place to ferment overnight

The noodles are fermented in the morning.

Take out a part of the noodles and roll out the orange thick noodles,

Depending on the size of your own pot, brush the noodles with some oil.

Cut the fried dough noodles, press the two with chopsticks

The hot oil is about 80 degrees Celsius. It can be used for interviews. Don't turn the heat to high. Put the dough noodles into the fried dough and turn it over until the color is golden.

Yeast fried dough sticks do not have any additives. Eat more at ease.
