Yellow Bone Fish Soup

Remove the internal organs of two yellow bone fish and clean them

Prepare 3 slices of green onion, sliced ginger, and American ginseng (nothing can be omitted)

Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot and heat the fish body. Wipe off the water with a kitchen paper towel. Then slide it from the side of the pot into the oil pot and fry it.

Add fresh water more than three times the amount of the fish body (too much water will not taste enough for the soup) and bring to a boil

You can choose to sprinkle some chopped green onion or coriander, which is delicious
Tips:
I am a northerner who came to Guangzhou for the first time to eat yellow-bone fish. Its long beard impressed me very much because the fish is very tender and has few spines. It is especially suitable for soup and the soup is beautiful and does not affect eating meat.
