Yellow Braised Chicken

1. Boil the chicken in water, add ginger slices and cooking wine, remove and rinse

2. Seasoning sauce, yellow braised sauce, stir in water

3. Pour oil in the pan, add chicken, add ginger slices and shiitake mushrooms
