Yellow Braised Chicken

Cut the chicken thighs or chicken wing roots into pieces, wash them, put them in cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes.

Prepare the side dishes as shown in the picture. The sharp peppers enhance the flavor. You can replace them with green peppers if you can't eat them spicy. Cut the potatoes into thick slices because they melt into the soup easily.

Heat the oil pan to 7 minutes, add half of the chili and garlic and stir fry.

Pour in the marinated chicken and stir fry until golden.

Pour in the secret sauce: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken essence, sugar, salt, vinegar, stir and pour in a bowl.

Add shiitake mushrooms and potato chips and stir fry.

Pour water over the chicken, because the mushrooms will produce water, just add a small amount of water. Let the water boil on high heat and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Add the remaining peppers to the soup three minutes before serving. Out of the pot.
