Yellow Braised Chicken Rice

Prepare the ingredients (drumsticks, dried mushrooms, potatoes, onions)

Wash the chicken legs, cut into pieces, add cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes (the chicken legs can also be replaced with three yellow chicken)

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add sliced ginger and wild sansho pepper after it is half-ripe

Pour in the marinated chicken nuggets and stir fry for a while

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt and stir fry evenly

Pour the mushroom water, boil, then pour the mushrooms, add the sugar, turn to medium and low heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes (wash the dried mushrooms first, and then soak them in hot water)

Add onions, potatoes, dried peppers, and green peppers and simmer for 5 minutes, (after the potatoes are cooked, you can) add the chopped green onion before serving
Tips:
The chicken must be marinated with cooking wine first, and the mushrooms must be washed and soaked, otherwise the mushroom water will not be clean.
