I have been seeing yellow croaker wontons on food shows. I haven’t made them by myself. I bought fresh yellow croakers and tried it! I bought fresh small yellow croaker, took off the meat and made wonton filling, boiled the fish bones into stock, and a bowl of delicious yellow croaker wonton was served!
