I often ate it when I was young. I didn’t eat it for a long time and suddenly wanted to eat it. I just had the ingredients. I wanted to find a way, but I didn’t find it. I had to call my mother~
Soy beans got into the convolvulus stem, just like a yellow dog got into a hole~
This is the first time I have done it myself, and it is also the first time to upload~"

Yellow Dog Drill Hole (stir-fried Soybeans with Convolvulus Stem)

1. Prepare the washed soybeans.

2. Prepare washed water spinach stems.

3. Cut the water spinach into 5mm pieces.

4. Put the soybeans in an iron pan and fry them slowly (without oil), and keep turning the beans to prevent the soybeans from becoming stubborn until you smell a faintly burnt aroma.

5. Add water and cook until the soy skin is wrinkled and the heart is soft.

6. Put oil in the pan, add dried chili and saute until fragrant.

7. Stir-fry the cut water spinach stalks.

8. Add the boiled and drained soybeans and continue to stir fry.

9. Add salt, chicken bouillon, and cook.
