Yellow Peach Egg Tart
1.
Weigh good ingredients.
2.
Add the whipped cream to the condensed milk and powdered sugar and mix slowly (if white sugar is used, boil the mixed ingredients on a low heat until the mash is boiled, and stir while cooking). Add milk and eggs one by one (if it is heated, wait for it to cool before adding) and mix well
3.
Sift in the flour in portions and mix well (try to avoid gnocchi).
4.
Sift the stirred egg tart liquid.
5.
Put an appropriate amount of yellow peach pieces on the custard crust.
6.
Pour in the egg tart liquid and pour it until the sixth or seventh layer is full. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees. Put it in the middle and upper layers of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
7.
Take out the baking tray, put an appropriate amount of yellow peach cubes on the formed tart, and drizzle with yellow peach sauce. Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
8.
Take out the baking tray and place it on the upper level of the oven, the upper level is 190 degrees, and the lower level is 180 degrees (if you can't adjust the upper and lower levels, both are 190 degrees). Just bake it to the color you want. I used it for 4-5 minutes.
9.
Just do the delicious egg tarts.
10.
Lay out. (The taste is better than KFC, haha)
