Add water to the yellow peach, add rock sugar and salt, boil and turn to low heat for about 10 minutes, until the yellow peach is translucent. After turning off the heat, add lemon juice. You can eat it directly or refrigerate it.
Tips:
1. The method of alternately treating yellow peaches with boiled water and ice water is not completely effective, or some parts are not easy to peel, so you can also peel them directly;
2. Don't pick yellow peaches that are too ripe, or they won't be formed after they are cooked;
3. Adding a small amount of salt can make the yellow peach sweeter, without any salty taste at all, adding lemon juice can make the taste fresher, if you don't need to add it;
4. It tastes better after being refrigerated. In addition to eating directly, it can also be used to make desserts or snacks.
