My husband likes to eat yellow peaches in syrup, and I like to buy a can every time I go to the supermarket. Yesterday, I suddenly saw a yellow peach on the market, so I bought it and cooked it by myself. Wow! it is tasty! Copying classics is that simple.

Yellow Peach in Syrup

1. Rinse the yellow peach with running water and use a brush to remove the fine hairs on the surface

2. Soak the yellow peaches in boiling water and cook for 1 minute

3. Take it out of the boiling water and immediately immerse it in ice water. The skin of the yellow peach will be easier to peel off.

4. Use a knife to cut the yellow peach into pieces and remove the pit

5. Add water to the yellow peach, add rock sugar and salt, boil and turn to low heat for about 10 minutes, until the yellow peach is translucent. After turning off the heat, add lemon juice. You can eat it directly or refrigerate it.

Tips:

1. The method of alternately treating yellow peaches with boiled water and ice water is not completely effective, or some parts are not easy to peel, so you can also peel them directly;
2. Don't pick yellow peaches that are too ripe, or they won't be formed after they are cooked;
3. Adding a small amount of salt can make the yellow peach sweeter, without any salty taste at all, adding lemon juice can make the taste fresher, if you don't need to add it;
4. It tastes better after being refrigerated. In addition to eating directly, it can also be used to make desserts or snacks.
