Yellow Peach Tremella

Ingredients: yellow peach (cut open), white fungus (soaked and cleaned), rock sugar

Pour the white fungus and rock sugar into the pressure cooker.

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Stir in the yellow peaches and cook for a while.
