I have a little understanding of freeze-dried fruits before, because it preserves the maximum nutrition of fruits and is similar to snack foods, so children like it very much. This time, the freeze-dried fruits in Hugo Town are more delicate and special, and they are better than what I have eaten before. The flavor of those fruits is more intense, and if you soak them in water, you can still retain the delicious taste of fresh fruits, so I thought of soaking freeze-dried fruits in water and then using water and fruits to make yogurt. I didn’t expect the finished product to be particularly good. It is very similar to the large fruit yogurt we buy in the supermarket. It is made with good materials and is very smooth without additives. It is much better than the one we bought outside.

Yellow Peach Yogurt

1. Prepare an appropriate amount of freeze-dried dried yellow peaches.

2. Chop the dried yellow peach fruit by hand and put it into the hot yogurt box.

3. Brew the dried yellow peach with boiling water.

4. Add two tablespoons of white sugar while it's hot.

5. Add milk powder when the water temperature drops below 80 degrees.

6. Stir the milk powder evenly with a spoon.

7. After the milk powder is allowed to cool, add a bag of probiotic powder and mix well.

8. Add in the yogurt maker and close the lid.

9. Turn on the power for 8 hours.

10. It will be more nutritious to eat after the power is cut off and put in the refrigerator to passivate for 8 hours.

Tips:

The yogurt maker must be scalded and disinfected with hot water.
Add the amount of white sugar at your discretion.
