Yellow Rice Dumplings

Main ingredients: rhubarb, pork belly

Wash the big yellow rice and soak for more than 5 hours.

Wash the zongzi leaves and soak them softly.

Cut the pork belly into pieces.

Add sugar, salt, pepper and fresh oysters

Then add Weijixian soy sauce.

Mix it well and marinate for 20 minutes.

First roll the zongzi leaves into a funnel shape.

Add one-third of the big yellow rice.

Put a piece of marinated pork belly.

Fill it up with big yellow rice. Wrap it tightly with zongzi leaves, fasten it and serve.

Complete the package in turn.

Put it in the pot.

Add water to a boil, cook for 30 minutes on medium and low heat.

Leave the pan to cool a little, peel the skin and change it with a knife. Serve on a plate, ready to eat.
Tips:
1. When the pork belly is marinated, the taste should be slightly salty, and the color should be darker.
2. When cooking, use more water to prevent the pot from drying out.
