Almost all the main ingredients of zongzi are glutinous rice. There is a kind of "big yellow rice" in the northeast that is also sticky rice. This time I will use "big yellow rice" instead of "glutinous rice" to give it a try. Use pork belly as the filling.

Yellow Rice Meat Dumplings

1. Main ingredients: rhubarb, pork belly

2. Wash the big yellow rice and soak for more than 5 hours

3. Wash the zongzi leaves and soak softly

4. Cut the pork belly

5. Add sugar, salt, pepper, oyster sauce

6. Mainly add Weijixian soy sauce

7. Mix it well and marinate for 20 minutes

8. First roll the zongzi leaves into a funnel shape

9. Put one third of the big yellow rice

10. Put a piece of marinated pork belly

11. Fill it up with big yellow rice. Wrap it tightly with zongzi leaves, fasten it and serve

12. Wrap up one by one

13. Put in the pot

14. Add water to boil, cook for 30 minutes on medium and low heat

15. Leave the pan to cool a little, peel the skin and change it with a knife. Serve on a plate, ready to eat

Tips:

1. When the pork belly is marinated, the taste should be slightly salty, and the color should be darker.
2. When cooking, use more water to prevent the pot from drying out.
