Yellow Sprout Stewed Tofu

1. Wash yellow sprouts and cut into pieces, and cut tofu into pieces.

2. Heat the pan, pour the oil, add the chopped green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

3. Pour in yellow sprouts and stir fry for a while.

4. Add diced tofu, boil a small amount of warm water, add salt chicken essence and pepper to taste and cook for another minute or two.

5. Serve ready to serve.
