I have eaten rice every day, and I have not eaten germ rice. Thank you for the trial products provided by Gourmet Jie and merchants. Germ rice refers to a kind of refined rice that can retain its germ part during processing. Germ is the root of rice life and can develop into embryonic leaves and grow. Therefore, germ rice is called "live rice" with vitality. Today, potatoes and germ rice are paired to make a delicious delicacy.

Fried Rice with Potato Germ Rice

1. Wash the germ rice and add water to cook.

2. Peel and dice potatoes. Pour oil into the pan to heat, add the diced potatoes and stir fry.

3. Stir-fry the diced potatoes until they are ripe, add the chopped and washed yellow sprouts.

4. Then add the cooked and cooled germ rice.

5. Stir fry a few times and add salt and soy sauce.

6. Just cook the fried rice.

7. Rather than taking great pains to match meals, it is better to treat yourself with a bowl of germ rice. A bowl of good rice is the best choice.
