Fried Rice with Potato Germ Rice

Wash the germ rice and add water to cook.

Peel and dice potatoes. Pour oil into the pan to heat, add the diced potatoes and stir fry.

Stir-fry the diced potatoes until they are ripe, add the chopped and washed yellow sprouts.

Then add the cooked and cooled germ rice.

Stir fry a few times and add salt and soy sauce.

Just cook the fried rice.
