Yellow Wine Shrimp

Main and auxiliary materials: Pipi shrimp, rice wine

Wash the Pippi shrimp.

Bring water to a boil and add shredded ginger.

Add the washed Pipi shrimp.

Bring it to a boil.

Add rice wine.

Bring to a boil and remove the foam
8.
Season with salt

Cook for half a minute to turn off the heat

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. Must use rice wine, not cooking wine.
2. Don't cook for a long time.
