[yiwu] Tofu Braised Fish Head

Prepare half a fish head and tofu.

Add oil to the pan and heat slightly, fry the tofu until the tofu is slightly crisp and brown, and then set aside.

Tips:
When frying tofu, the oil temperature can be higher. It won't stick to the pot easily.
