Yizhi Wufa—walnut Black Sesame Sago

Soak the walnuts in cold water for 30 minutes.

Soak the black sesame seeds in cold water for 30 minutes.

Cook the sago in boiling water, remove the cold water and set aside.

Mix the soaked walnuts and black sesame seeds into a paste with a blender.

Pour into the pot, add milk and cook for 10 minutes.

Add rock sugar and cook until saccharified.
