When I was writing this tutorial on yogurt balls, I thought, is it necessary to write such a simple recipe? Add some sugar and yogurt to the butter liquid, then sift some flour into it, rub out a few balls with your hands and throw them into the oven. So, if even this yogurt ball is not successful, then I really want to kneel for you...Hahaha, in fact, it is not that exaggerated, even simple desserts must pay attention to the ratio of ingredients. So before making this small snack, you still have to accurately weigh all the materials with an electronic scale before starting to make it. Only in this way, it is the little dessert that I said with zero foundation and zero difficulty, which can also be made by a rookie.

Yogurt Balls

1. Put the butter in a basin and heat it over water until it melts into a liquid state;
Afterwards, take out the bowl of butter from the water, add in fine sugar, and mix well with a whisk;
Continue to add yogurt and stir evenly with a whisk;
Mix low-gluten flour, corn starch and baking powder through a sieve

2. Sift the flour into the butter and yogurt mixture just now;
Then use a spatula to mix well, until there is no dry powder, it can form a dough;
Then take about 6 grams of dough, knead it into a ball, and place it in a baking pan lined with greased paper;
After all the kneading is done, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then put the middle layer on the upper and lower heat, and bake for about 15 minutes.

Tips:

Two words
1. The yogurt that I use is commercially available and has sugar. If you use sugar-free, you can increase the amount of sugar;
2. The size of the balls rubbed by each person is different, and the temperature difference of the oven is also different. The time is a reference value, and it is enough to bake until the surface slightly turns yellow;
3. The weather returns in this season. After roasting, let it cool completely and store it in a sealed container. Otherwise, it will become soft and taste bad;
But for people with bad teeth, soft yogurt balls may taste better;
4. It is best not to omit the aluminum-free baking powder, as it will not have any effect on the body. Without it, the biscuits will be firmer and less tasteful;
5. This recipe uses liquid butter, which is amazing when rubbing the ball, and it doesn't stick to your hands.
