Yogurt Cake

Add sugar, corn oil, yogurt to the egg yolk

Stir gently and evenly.

Add low flour and stir until there are no particles.

Egg white part, drip into lemon juice

Stir at low speed to form fisheye bubbles

Add the powdered sugar in three times

Stir to form a neutral foam.

Add one third of the egg white to the yolk

Finally, add the egg yolk to the egg whites and mix evenly from bottom to top, without making circular motions.

Pour into the mold and shake.

Put it in the oven, 160 degrees, and fire up and down for 45 minutes.
