Yogurt Cake

Separate the egg yolk and protein. Stir the egg yolk and pour one third of the yogurt, edible oil, and sugar. Sift the prepared flour and stir evenly (do not use one direction, it is easy to be refined).

Start frothing in the third gear of the egg white, add one-third of the sugar, continue to beat for seven or eight minutes at a high level, the egg white will become creamy, and put a chopstick on it.

Pour one-third of the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk, gently stir up and down (not defoaming), stir well, then pour in the remaining egg whites, and stir evenly.

Prepare the cake mold and grease it with oil, pour the egg liquid into the mold, and seal it with plastic wrap. Put it in a steamer and steam for about 40 minutes. Let it boil after steaming for 10 minutes.
