Yogurt Cake

1. When things are ready, old yogurt can be used for yogurt. It’s so good, but it tastes good.

2. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, separate the egg yolk and egg white, melt the butter and pour into the yogurt, then add the egg yolk and mix well.

3. Mix low-gluten flour and corn starch through a sieve and add.

4. Z-shaped mixing is uniform and no particles.

5. Whip the egg whites, add the sugar in portions, and whitish the color.

6. Take one third and add it to the batter, mix well, and mix the rest.

7. Pour into the mold. This is small enough to eat for two people.

8. Pour it into the oven at 155 degrees for 1 hour, put water underneath, and bake in a water bath. The color should be covered with tin foil to avoid burnt. After it is out of the oven, cool it and poke it with a toothpick. The good toothpick is non-sticky.

9. I kept it in the refrigerator overnight and started eating it the next day. Because there is no cream or additives, it is still healthy to eat by myself. I plan to replace the butter, and the butter is not very healthy.
