Yogurt Cake

Pour 15 grams of gelatine slices into a bowl and soak in cold water until soft.

Then pour 150 grams of whipped cream into the pot.

Pour 90 grams of milk and 35 grams of sugar into the pot.

Heat on a low heat, stirring continuously until the sugar melts, and then turn off the heat.

Then pour the soaked gelatin slices into the pot.

Pour 150 grams of yogurt into the pot.

Pour the milk into a bowl covered with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Take out the refrigerated yogurt jelly and cut it around with a knife edge.

Tips:
1. Gelatine tablets should be softened in cold water, according to the proportion.
