Yogurt Dragon Fruit Cream Mousse
1.
Prepare all the ingredients first. Peel the dragon fruit and cut half of the sugar-free plain yogurt fermented with Chuanxiu children's bacteria into puree with a cooking machine, and set aside!
2.
Add the whipped cream to the fine sugar and beat it until it reaches the 70th mark. Heat the milk and pour the gelatine powder and mix, and then pour in the beaten dragon fruit puree and mix well!
3.
After mixing the pitaya puree, pour the whipped cream and stir evenly. The remaining half of the pitaya can be directly crushed and added, or cut into small pieces for later use. I just crushed it and added it to save trouble.
4.
Put the cake base into an 8-inch live-bottom cake mold, pour a half of the mixed whipped cream into it, and you can also sprinkle chopped dragon fruit or other fruits in the middle.
5.
After adding half of the egg cream, put in the second piece of cake base. Continue to pour in the remaining whipped cream, then gently shake it to make the surface flatter, and then put it in the refrigerator for about six hours.
6.
When demolding, cover the mold with a hot towel, or blow a little with the air to release the mold. Here you can also use some gelatin powder and dragon fruit juice to make the mirror surface. I didn't make it due to time issues. Of course, QQ candy can also be mirrored.
7.
It’s not very good, but it tastes good!
Tips:
This dessert is more suitable for eating in hot weather. Gelatine powder can also be replaced with gelatine flakes!
