Yogurt Fruit Quinoa

Ingredients: white quinoa, yogurt (the commercially available yogurt I used), red dragon fruit and mango.

Wash the white quinoa, pour it into a pot with water, and cook for 20 minutes.

Peel the red dragon fruit and mango and cut into pieces.

Pour the yogurt into a small bowl.

Add cooked white quinoa, the quinoa sprouts are beautiful.

Then add fruit.

Come and taste it together.
Tips:
The quinoa can also be soaked and then cooked. I cook it directly. It takes 20 minutes. The commercially available yogurt I use, if it is made by myself, I need to add some honey or sweet-scented osmanthus to adjust the taste.
