Yogurt Jelly

Soak the gelatin in ice water and set aside

Pour the milk into the pot, add the fine sugar

Heat the milk over a low heat, stir with a small spoon while heating until the fine sugar is melted and then remove from the heat (about 50 to 60 degrees Celsius)

Put the foamed gelatin into the hot milk, stir with a small spoon until the gelatin is completely melted in the milk

Pour yogurt into milk

Stir the yogurt and milk with a small spoon to form a yogurt jelly

Pour the jelly liquid into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours
8.
Take out the frozen jelly and leave it at room temperature for about 1 minute
9.
Gently move the two sides of the mold, and then move it up from the bottom to the top, the jelly will be easily demolded
