Yogurt Pudding

The isinglass powder is first soaked in cold water, and then stirred in insulated water until it is dissolved.

Add sugar to the milk, heat it on a low heat until it boils, turn off the heat,

Add gelatin liquid, stir until fully melted,

Add yogurt and mix well,
5.
Sieve it to remove the foam, so that the finished product can be more delicate,

Put it into a pudding bottle,
7.
Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate it for more than 4 hours.
Tips:
1. These quantities can be made into 4 bottles, each bottle is 100ml,
2. The prepared pudding should be refrigerated overnight for better solidification and better taste.
