I also saw the Sawdust Cup. This time I replaced it with low-fat yogurt. I used edamame and blueberries to pick out two different cream layers. It was not greasy and tasted more refreshing.

Ingredients

Yogurt Sawdust Cup

1. Cooked edamame, 180 grams of yogurt, 25 grams of fine sugar into the mixing cup; blueberries, 150 grams of yogurt, and 20 grams of fine sugar into the mixing cup

8. Repeat this twice until the cup is filled with a layer of biscuit crumbs on the surface of the cup, put it in the refrigerator for about an hour; after taking it out, decorate with edamame or small biscuits.

Tips:

There are two flavors in a yogurt sawdust cup. The effect after refrigeration is not inferior to that of pure whipped cream, but the calories are lower.
