Yogurt Soluble Beans

Put the starch, milk powder, and yogurt into the container and stir well for later use.

Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice into the egg whites.
3.
Use a whisk to make bubbles.
4.
Add the sugar to continue to beat the system and lift the whisk to have a small sharp corner.
5.
Put the egg white paste and yogurt paste together and mix well.
6.
Put it in a piping bag.
7.
Squeeze it on the baking tray and bake at 90° for 40 minutes.
