Beat two eggs into a bowl and add sugar.

Add light cream and beat evenly.

Thaw the tart crust in advance.
7.
Pour the egg tart liquid into the egg tart skin 80% full.
8.
Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 190° for about 25 minutes.
