Yogurt Toast

Put all the ingredients in the bread machine and press the stir button. Don't put the butter.

Stir the dough evenly.

Add butter. Stir well. Press the stir button twice on the bread machine.

Fermented to 2 times the size.

Divide into 3 portions, ventilate, and ferment for 10 minutes.

Roll out a long piece of dough.

Fold it in half like this.

Roll into long lines.

Put it in the toast box.
10.
Ferment to 8 minutes full.

For 70 minutes at 155°C for the middle and lower layer, put the cool buttons-out.
