Yogurt Toast

Put the ingredients except butter together and knead until the expansion stage, the surface is smooth;

Add butter and knead to the complete stage,

Carry out the first fermentation;

After the fermentation is over, divide the dough into 125g/pieces, and perform the second fermentation for 15 minutes after rounding;

Roll out the loosened dough into an oval shape, roll it up and put it into a mold, and ferment it in a warm and humid place; after the fermentation is over, brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle an appropriate amount of almond slices;

Preheat the oven to 180°C, lower the oven, and fire up and down for 25 minutes. Remove the mold immediately after it is out of the oven, and let it cool on the grilling net.
